Then you plan the meals including the servings for each dish. At Sahayoga we create the menu for the entire weekend and adjust the servings quantities for each dish. You can then print a fancy menu, a shopping list (organized by grocery store aisle) and a re-print of each recipe with revised quantities to achieve the planned servings. Add a special menu item to encompass all peripheries that you want included in your shopping. For example, you could plan a weekend at the cottage and include a menu "recipe" called "Standard Stuff" which could include things like dishsoap, toilet paper etcetera.
